Please join Nelson Mullins Partner Jack Smith for this year's Land Use Law Conference that will take place in Charleston, South Carolina. This seminar will present the various legal and regulatory mechanisms used to plan and regulate growth, real estate development, and other impacts from changes in the use of public and private property. The program includes both a broad overview for general knowledge and more detailed information on specific topics, such as zoning, annexation, environmental issues, and working with regulators. Jack will speak on the panel "Climate Change and Resiliency Training" scheduled for Thursday, April 28 at 3:30 p.m. EST.
