IT Serve Alliance Monthly Meeting: Estate Planning Check-up
Atlanta partner Russell Love will speak on estate planning at the monthly meeting of IT Serve Alliance, one of the largest associations of IT Service Organizations. Mr. Love focuses his practice on estate planning, planned giving, and tax-exempt organizations.
Mr. Love will go over considerations people should make when thinking about planning their estate including: wills, guardians for minor children, financial matters, medical decisions, and how the president's tax changes relate to estate planning. Mr. Love regularly works with local, national, and international estate planning clients. He recently participated in a pro bono clinic, where Nelson Mullins attorneys and staff provided free wills and powers of attorneys to survivors of the Holocaust.
