Ching co-presented alongside Scott Beach of Day Pitney and moderator Tom Donegan of Raymond James. The session discussion focused on the extensive checklist of legal housekeeping and protection issues to discuss with a company within two to three years of an investment banking transaction, as well as how to interpret an LOI.
