Compliance under the CRA is facing multiple challenges, being driven by reform under the recently-released final rule by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), which lacked the support from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and the Federal Reserve Board (FRB).
