Nelson Mullins Partners Gabriel Imperato, Trish Markus, and Darren Skyles will be presenting at the 2025 Healthcare General Counsel Forum on Monday, Oct. 6.

The three will present on "Knowledge Bridge: Compliance and Enforcement Update: Stark, Anti-Kickback and False Claims Act Liability."

The discussion will also highlight strategic enforcement priorities and risk mitigation approaches for healthcare organizations and individuals, with insights into both criminal and civil enforcement trends.
