IFA Legal Symposium: General Session with Judicial Update
Denver Managing Partner Mark Clouatre will speak at the International Franchise Association's (IFA) 52nd Annual Legal Symposium on May 7 in Washington, D.C. Clouatre, who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, will close out the symposium's judicial update by covering issues in current state law.
Per the association’s website, IFA is the oldest and largest organization to represent franchising worldwide. Members include franchise companies, businesses, and professionals that support the industry in marketing, law, technology, and business development.
Beyond his depth of experience in complex commercial and franchise litigation, Clouatre is managing partner and leads a diverse and inclusive team, producing excellent work in the Firm's Denver office.
