Health Care Fraud
Hosted by: State Bar of Georgia
Nelson Mullins partner Gabe Imperato will participate in the Health Care Fraud seminar hosted by the State Bar of Georgia. He will speak during the fireside chat on the topic of health care fraud and compliance issues. Participants may attend this event in person or virtually with the opportunity to receive general, ethics, and trial practice CLE credit.
Imperato's personal practice includes representing individuals and organizations accused of healthcare fraud and assisting and advising healthcare organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters. Gabriel is board certified as a specialist in Health Law by the Florida Bar. He is also certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE/HCCA).
