Richard Levin, chair of Nelson Mullins' FinTech & Regulation practice, Brad Rustin, chair of Nelson Mullins’ Financial Regulatory practice, and partner Craig Nazzaro will speak at the 2024 Acquire or Be Acquired Conference during one of the “FinXTech” sessions. The session, “From Idea to Impact: A Guide for Banks to Collaborate with FinTechs to Drive Growth,” will focus on how to leverage financial technology to enhance customer experience, and how banks can develop and execute FinTech partnership strategies that comply with regulations. 

This session will include Aaron Donaldson, principal at RSM U.S. LLP, and Brandon Koeser, senior manager of Assurance Services at RSM U.S. LLP.
