Nelson Mullins Miami partner Dan Newman will be speaking at the Florida Securities Dealers Association Industry Outreach Program in Boca Raton, Florida on Oct. 3. Newman will be discussing implementation challenges and enforcement and litigation issues concerning SEC Regulation Best Interest with Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, Kevin Carroll.
Newman is an experienced litigator of complex commercial, securities, and construction matters in state and federal courts and before various arbitration forums.
