The chair of Nelson Mullins’ Financial Regulatory practice, Brad Rustin, will speak at the 2024 Acquire or Be Acquired Conference during one of the “FinXTech” sessions. The session, “Ensuring the Financial Health & Managing the Risks of Your Fintech Partnership,” will examine a bank’s due diligence of potential FinTech partners, particularly the need to make sure fintechs have strong financial and compliance controls. The session will also discuss ways to mitigate potential third-party and fourth-party risks.
This session will include Daniel Haisley, EVP of Innovation at Apiture; Jack Thompson, Head of Financial Services Sales (Americas) at SAS Institute, Inc.; and will be moderated by Lexie Grindstaff, Vice President of Business Development at Bank Director.
