Atkinson and Jon Talcott will present “Financial Institutions & Shareholder Activists” during the CEO Forum Sept. 13 sponsored by the Virginia Bankers Association, the West Virginia Bankers Association, and the Maryland Bankers Association. Atkinson, based in Charlotte, focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, securities, and regulatory matters for financial institutions and other public and private companies. Talcott, based in Washington, DC, counsels financial services companies and focuses on mergers and acquisitions and securities offerings.
