Join partner Gabriel Imperato at this year's False Claims and Qui Tam Trial Institute 2022 hosted by the American Bar Association. This conference will include how experienced trial counsel try a False Claims Act jury trial to verdict. Attendees will be a part of the experience, observe the jury deliberations and gauge how jurors respond to the themes, evidence and arguments presented at trial. During a panel discussion, Gabriel will discuss the existing case law related to the proposed amendments, the purpose of and the intended and unintended consequences of these amendments and the application and the likelihood of adoption by Congress.
