Discovery Analytics Administrator Mallory Acheson will present on artificial intelligence and legal technology for the University of South Carolina School of Law's Legaltech Seminar Series in September. It is open to law students, members of the legal community, and the public.
The accelerated adoption and development of legal technology presents attorneys with the opportunity to enhance legal analysis and compliance issues with greater speed, accuracy, and cost savings. With a focus on the increasing attention towards data privacy and the growing volume and formats of electronic discovery requests, Acheson will go over a variety of technology-based strategies to assist with information governance, privacy compliance, early case assessment, litigation strategy, and discovery review challenges.
