Evan Benjamin, a certified Relativity administrator and computer forensic administrator, spoke at The Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies/Electronic Document Review Model (EDRM) conference on technology assisted review (TAR) best practices.
The invitation-only conference was Sept. 7-8 in Arlington, Va. and consisted of 15 federal judges and 75-100 practitioners and e-discovery experts. It is known as one of the top conferences for "bench, bar, and tech." Many of the conferees' insights, including the practicalities offered by Evan, are expected to be included in the drafting of Duke Law's upcoming TAR best practices and protocol publication.
