BCBSA is an association of independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield companies, whose annual conference goal is to increase awareness among its members of the most pressing and relevant healthcare industry topics of the day.
John’s presentation addressed the importance of a dynamic and comprehensive electronic communications policy, implementation of BYOD and acceptable use policies, integration of information governance for defensibility and risk remediation, and the need for a well-informed and well-trained workforce.
