Columbia partner Jarrett Coco will speak on a panel at the South Carolina Bar's Business Torts in S.C. Webcast. The panel, "Electronic Discovery and Commercial Litigation – Is There any End in Sight?," will focus on the continued growth of electronic discovery and each panelist's experience in litigating business tort matters involving perplexing electronically stored information (ESI) questions, how those questions affect litigation strategy, and possible solutions for addressing the same.
Coco will be joining S.C. Circuit Court Judges Clifton Newman and Roger Young, and Chris Kenny, associate at Harpootlian Law.
Coco practices in the areas of business litigation, pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, e-discovery and litigation readiness, and records and document management.
