DRI Product Liability Conference
Marc Williams, managing partner of the Firm's West Virginia office, will speak at DRI's Product Liability Conference on Feb. 7 at 10:15 a.m. for a presentation entitled “Opening Statements in the Same Case, with the Same Product, but in Different Parts of the Country.” Williams and Sidney Kanazawa of McGuireWoods LLP will each give opening statements to the same case aimed at audiences on opposite sides of the country: West Virginia and California.
Throughout his career, Williams has tried more than 100 jury trials and appeals in state and federal courts. He serves as co-chair of the Firm's consumer and mechanical products practice group and is recognized by Chambers USA, Benchmark Litigation, Best Lawyers in America, and West Virginia Super Lawyers for his litigation and jury trial experience.
