DePaul Law JHLI Health Care Compliance Conference
Fort Lauderdale Managing Partner Gabe Imperato will give the keynote presentation at the Jaharis Health Law Institute's (JHLI) first annual Health Care Compliance Conference, organized and hosted by Imperato's alma mater, DePaul University. The JHLI, DePaul's health law program, is consistently ranked among the top in the nation.
Imperato will present on "False Claims, Compliance and Repayment, and Self-Disclosure." He focuses his practice on representing individuals and organizations accused of healthcare fraud and advising healthcare entities on corporate governance and compliance matters. Most recently, Imperato was recognized for his national healthcare practice by Chambers USA and Legal 500.
