Daniel to Moderate Panel at False Claims Act/Qui Tam Whistleblower Litigation Seminar
Emerging issues arising in the context of federal False Claims Act lawsuits involving a variety of industries will be discussed during a daylong workshop that will feature a panel moderated by Nelson Mullins Charleston partner Bart Daniel. His panel will discuss the recent government win in United States v. Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Blue Wave et al. on Friday, April 13 at the S.C. Bar Conference Center in Columbia.
Daniel co-heads the White Collar Defense and Government Investigations team. He practices both civil and criminal litigation. Nominated by President George H.W. Bush, he was confirmed and served as U.S. Attorney for the District of South Carolina from 1989 to 1992.
