Nelson Mullins FinTech and Regulation Practice chair Richard Levin will be speaking at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School Symposium on Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency. The panel, titled “Current Regulatory Framework and Issues,” will examine how the Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal regulators are addressing the growth of digital assets and cryptocurrencies, and the regulatory impact of the failure of leading firms in the space.
