Richard B. Levin, the Chair of Nelson Mullins’s FinTech and Regulation Practice, will be speaking on the “Crypto Regulation” panel at the Crypto Investor Day conference. Hosted by Reflexivity Research, a leading crypto research firm, this event brings together nearly 1,000 industry leaders in traditional finance and the crypto industry. Other speakers at the conference include, Anthony Pompliano, David Duong of Coinbase, Chris Kuiper of Fidelity Digital Assets, and Zach Pandl of Grayscale.

Levin is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He has been advising FinTech clients on legal and regulatory issues since the start of electronic trading in the late 1990s. Richard’s practice focuses on the representation of early stage and publicly traded companies in the FinTech space, including investment banks, broker-dealers, investment advisers, digital currency trading platforms, ATSs, exchanges, and custodians. Levin has been recognized by Chambers and Partners for his knowledge of the securities regulatory issues associated with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, broker-dealer licensing, and alternative trading systems.  He is considered a thought leader in the FinTech space and is routinely quoted by leading publications including Bloomberg, the New York Times, Reuters, and the Wall Street Journal.
