Courthouse Steps Oral Argument Teleforum: Henry Schein Inc. v. Archer and White Sales Inc.

Atlanta and Tallahassee partner Erika Birg will speak at an upcoming Federalist Society teleforum regarding the oral arguments of Henry Schein Inc. v. Archer and White Sales Inc. at the Supreme Court, which are scheduled for Dec. 8.
At issue is whether a provision in an arbitration agreement that exempts certain claims from arbitration negates an otherwise clear and unmistakable delegation of questions of arbitrability to an arbitrator. Birg will discuss the background of the case and the oral arguments as they occurred.
Birg focuses her practice on helping companies protect their business before, during, and after litigation, with a great deal of experience in alternative dispute resolution. She frequently writes and speaks on arbitration.
The event is open to all dues paying members of The Federalist Society.
