Consumer Law 2020: Looking Forward
West Virginia partner Randy Saunders will serve as faculty at West Virginia University’s Consumer Law 2020: Looking Forward on May 22. The program will discuss the highlights of the 2019 Regular Session of the West Virginia Legislature, review the bills passed that affect the insurance industry and the practice of law, and other issues that garnered broader interest and debate during the 60-day session.
Saunders chairs Nelson Mullins’ Tax Lien Resolution & Litigation group and focuses his practice on banking and financial services litigation, class actions, regulatory compliance, real and personal property tax appeals, and real estate.
