West Virginia partner Randy Saunders will present CARES Act Forbearance, Escrow, and Property Taxes during the West Virginia University’s College of Law’s Consumer Law Summit 2020. His presentation will examine unintended future consequences of forbearance under the CARES Act and what financial institutions and consumers should consider.
Saunders focuses his practice on banking and financial services litigation, class action defense, regulatory compliance, tax lien resolution, real and personal property tax appeals, and real estate.
