Baltimore partner Kevin Penhallegon will be a panelist at the IADC Professional Liability Roundtable in New York on May 15. The panel will share strategies and insights on how to navigate these difficult situations, offering new, creative ideas for overcoming obstacles in settlement and resolution.
The IADC Professional Liability Roundtable is a multi-specialty forum for in-house counsel, outside counsel, and insurance claims representatives to learn together and discuss new developments in the professional liability arena.
