CMS, OIG, HHS: Clarity on NEW Stark Law & Anti-Kickback Statutes with Value-Based Care
Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ HealthCare Industry Conference
The long-awaited final rules to the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute became effective Jan. 19, 2021 for all but one provision (which is effective Jan. 1, 2022). Boca Raton of counsel Heather Miller will join a panel to review these new changes and provide practical application to Value-Base Enterprise and Value-based Care arrangements during the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ HealthCare Industry Conference.
Miller is a corporate and regulatory lawyer whose practice is focused on the business, operations, and regulations of healthcare providers, facilities, and other companies. She has served as counsel to large physician groups, surgery centers, private corporations, hospitals, and other healthcare businesses on a wide range of transactional, corporate, regulatory, and governance matters.
