Nelson Mullins partner Phillip Mullinnix will participate in the SC Hospital Association (SCHA) CFO Forum Aug. 15-16 in Charleston, South Carolina. His presentation, "Implications of U.S. Supreme Court Ruling on Chevron Deference," will cover the history of the Chevron Deference, the Supreme Court’s recent overturning of Chevron, and its impact on the regulatory landscape, specifically related to the healthcare industry.
Mullinnix focuses his practice on healthcare. He advises and represents healthcare clients in a range of regulatory, operational, and licensing matters, including health information privacy and security compliance; fraud and abuse (Stark, Anti–Kickback, and Self–Referral issues); and healthcare compliance matters.
