Blockchain, Crypto Assets, and Legal Issues in Bankruptcy

Nelson Mullins FinTech and Regulation Practice chair Richard Levin and partner Peter Haley will be speaking on a webinar hosted by the Federal Bar Association Bankruptcy Law Section. The webinar, titled “Blockchain, Crypto Assets and Legal Issues in Bankruptcy,” will discuss current bankruptcies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The panel will introduce attendees to blockchain technology, crypto assets, and the crypto asset ecosystem, including crypto asset marketplaces, lending platforms, and hedge funds.
