Nelson Mullins partner Brad Rustin will speak on a panel at the 2021 Financial Managers Society (FMS) Forum Annual Conference. The panel, "Banking in the Biden Administration," will be held on June 14 from 8:15-9:45 a.m. EDT. This year's conference will be a hybrid event, both virtual and in-person in Washington, D.C.
Alongside fellow industry thought leaders, Rustin will discuss banking in the United States and how it will face a variety of challenges over the next four years. This panel will explore the issues that the Biden Administration will deal with such as capital, liquidity, postal banking, fintech products and charters, COVID-19 relief, and more.
Rustin chairs the firm’s Financial Services Regulatory Practice. A large portion of his work focuses upon bank and non-bank partnerships involving white-label deployments, FinTech partnerships, or payments and lending partnerships.
