Partner Gabe Imperato and associate Timothy Wombles spoke at the Florida Health Care Association Annual Conference in Hollywood, Fla. on July 16, 2018 on “Avoiding the Bermuda Triangle: Compliance with the AKS, CMP, and FCA Laws.”
Imperato represents individuals and organizations accused of healthcare fraud and assists and advises healthcare organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters. He is board certified as a specialist in Health Law by the Florida Bar. He is also certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and the Health Care Compliance Association (SCCE/HCCA). Wombles focuses his practice in health law, representing hospitals, nursing homes, managed care companies, clinical laboratories, home health agencies, and other healthcare providers.
