Nelson Mullins will sponsor the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) 30th Annual Conference on Drug and Medical Device Litigation in New York, where Minneapolis partner Jennifer Bullard will be speaking on the panel, “The Future of Products Liability: Interpreting Game-Changing Rulings and Novel Legal Theories,” on December 3.
Alongside her co-panelist, Sarah H. Richardson with W.L. Gore & Associates, Bullard will explore pivotal cases featuring both common and non-traditional plaintiff theories while also dissecting significant rulings and their potential impact on future drug and medical device litigation. This session’s topics will focus on matters related to Duty to Innovate, Failure to Warn, Design Defects, recent important federal and state legislation, significant case law updates, and much more.
Bullard is a litigator with Nelson Mullins handling complex legal cases and defending manufacturers of medical devices, consumer products, recreational vehicles, industrial equipment, and sporting equipment.
