Orlando partner Hollie Croft will speak at a workshop at the ABA Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law’s 2019 Fall Conference in Denver on Oct. 18.
Along with other faculty, Croft will discuss “Advanced LIHTC Financial Projections" generally, and specifically as they relate to Low Income Housing Tax Credit acquisition and rehabilitation transactions. Croft represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in transactions related to affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
