In conjunction with the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC), Nelson Mullins associate Seth Bloomfield will host a panel on how to prepare for the inevitable economic downturn. Atlanta partner Rusty Fleming, a member of the Real Estate Capital Markets team, will moderate. The panel, "A Downturn is Inevitable: Insights from Industry Leaders on How to Prepare," will be held on Aug. 22 at SweetWater Brewery in Atlanta from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Panel members include lenders and servicers who will discuss where we are in the current cycle, drawing from their experience with the Great Recession to provide insights on what we can learn for the next one. It will also cover what to expect from the fourth quarter as we enter an election year.
