​​​​​Nelson Mullins partner Sean McKenna will be a guest speaker at the Health Care Compliance Association's (HCCA) 29th Annual Compliance Institute in Las Vegas on April 28. Together with C.J. Wolf, a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders, the duo will present on the panel, "Recent Trends in Physician Compliance Enforcement."

McKenna and Wolf will review recent cases of enforcement involving physicians to demonstrate trends and areas for compliance professionals to monitor. They'll also examine cases involving financial relationships, physician coding, documentation, and billing.

Healthcare compliance professionals have gathered at the Institute to share ideas, learn about best practices and emerging trends, and make key industry connections for over two and a half decades.
