Nashville partner Bob Wade will participate in a panel during the Health Care Transactions Conference hosted by American Health Law Association (AHLA) in Nashville, TN on April 15-17. Attendees of the conference will have the opportunity to connections and share real-world experiences with individuals working on all manner of healthcare deals. The educational sessions will be eligible for continuing learning credits.
Wade will discuss the topic "Due Diligence and Physician Networks: How to Conduct and Avoid Assumption of Liability," during the conference. He has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and counsels clients on fraud and abuse issues, fair market value, commercial reasonableness and developing, monitoring, and documenting effective healthcare compliance programs. He serves clients nationally as a compliance professional and assists in negotiating and implementing corporate integrity agreements and in documenting and defending financial arrangements being of fair market value and commercially reasonable between healthcare providers.
