At the North Carolina Bar Association's 2023 Privacy and Data Security Annual Program, Raleigh partner Jeff Kelly will co-present on Artificial Intelligence and how it fits in to the legal industry and lawyers' practices. The event will take place on Oct. 13 at the North Carolina Bar Center in Cary at 3:40 p.m. EST and can also be viewed online.
Kelly focuses his practice in areas of emerging technology, particularly in areas involving data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital assets, and FinTech. He works closely with entrepreneurs and companies to effectively navigate changing regulations, government investigations, and complex corporate and securities law challenges. Kelly also serves in several leadership roles at the intersection of law and technology, including serving on the Governing Council of the American Bar Association’s Center for Innovation, as a Fellow of Duke University School of Law’s Center on Law and Technology, and he is a past Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Future of Law Committee.
