2022 Young Bankers Division Annual Conference

Nelson Mullins partner Gina Greenwood will speak at the 2022 Young Bankers Division Annual Conference. This program – of which Nelson Mullins is a sponsor – is a networking event for emerging leaders in the banking industry. The conference will promote leadership development, enhance career knowledge, and support business development and networking opportunities.
Greenwood is a co-chair of the firm’s Data Breach Response and Investigation Team. She has represented clients in hundreds of matters involving data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity. She focuses on the investigation, response, notification, and defense of data breaches; state consumer protection privacy; security and breach notification laws; and many other privacy and compliance matters.
