Partner and chair of the FinTech and Regulation Practice Richard Levin will speak at the 2021 FINRA Firm Grouping Member Forum. The forum focuses on trading and execution providing financial professionals associated with FINRA member firms the opportunity to engage in key discussions with FINRA staff and connect with industry leaders and peers. 

Levin will join the Alternative Trading Systems (ATS) Update, moderated by Elizabeth West, principal regulatory coordinator at FINRA. Levin and other panelists will discuss the future landscape of the financial services industry. The forum provides opportunities to meet one-on-one with FINRA Risk Monitoring Analysts, Directors, and Single Points of Accountability (SPoA) to discuss firm-specific questions.

Levin is one of the first lawyers to focus on the regulation of blockchain and digital assets. He advises clients on corporate, FinTech, securities, and regulatory issues, and is considered a thought leader in the FinTech space.
