2019 South Carolina Bar Convention: E-Discovery: Cradle to Grave (Discovery to Courtroom)
John Martin, Columbia partner and Encompass e-discovery practice group leader, will join the Honorable Roger M. Young (Sr. Chief Judge, 9th Judicial Circuit SC Circuit Court), the Honorable David C. Norton (U.S. District Court), and Jonathan D. Orent (Motley Rice) for a panel discussion on Friday, Jan. 18. The panel will address what is behind a national law firm and the judicial veil, discussing strategies in seeking and producing discovery. Martin is a litigation partner whose practice focuses on the interplay of high stakes litigation, electronic discovery, information management, and cybersecurity. Martin is a leader of the Nelson Mullins Electronic Discovery and Information Management practice group, Nelson Mullins Encompass.
