2019 South Carolina Bar Convention: Developments in Healthcare Enforcement Panel
Charleston partner Bart Daniel joined Beattie B. Ashmore (Beattie B. Ashmore, PA), Deborah B. Barbier (Deborah B. Barbier, LLC), Joseph P. Griffith, Jr. (Joe Griffith Law Firm, LLC), and James C. Leventis, Jr. (U.S. Attorney’s Office) for a panel discussion on Friday, Jan. 18. The panel addressed recent developments in healthcare enforcement and was part of a seminar on drugs and lawsuits. The panel was moderated by Matt Hubbell (K&L Gates, LLP).
Daniel has prosecuted and defended at trial complex civil and criminal cases involving securities fraud, antitrust violations, U.S. Customs fraud, and healthcare fraud, as well as cases involving bank fraud, government contracting fraud, and tax crimes.
