2019 AAA®/ICDR®/AAA Mediation.org™ Panel Conference: Providing a Respectful ADR Environment
Atlanta partner Erika Birg will speak at the 2019 AAA®/ICDR®/AAA Mediation.org™ Panel Conference for a session entitled "Providing a Respectful ADR Environment." With an extensive background in alternative dispute resolution for complex matters, Birg will address how to carry out civil, respectful, and considerate ADR processes.
Birg focuses her practice on helping companies protect their businesses before, during, and after litigation with a depth of experience in alternative dispute resolution. She is a member of the American Arbitration Association's national Roster of Arbitrators for Large, Complex Commercial Disputes.
The panel will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. on March 8 in Nashville, Tenn.
