White Collar Attorneys to Present at Central Florida Healthcare Forum and CLE
Nelson Mullins white collar attorneys Bart Daniel and Gabriel L. Imperato will present at the 2022 Central Florida Health Law Forum.
The hybrid event includes networking opportunities and a series of educational panel discussions focusing on telehealth, primary care, healthcare entities, healthcare technologies, and more.
The forum will be held on Thursday, April 28 at Universal Orlando's Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and will feature several attorneys from Nelson Mullins along with an impressive lineup of speakers from healthcare companies in Central Florida.
Daniel is a first-chair veteran trial lawyer and is past president for the National Association of Former United States Attorneys. His practice focuses on both complex commercial and white collar litigation, along with government and internal investigations.
Imperato represents individuals and organizations accused of healthcare fraud and assisting and advising healthcare organizations on corporate governance and compliance matters. Gabriel is board certified as a specialist in Health Law by the Florida Bar.
