Charleston partner Bart Daniel recently rejoined Nashville partner Bob Wade as a guest on Wade’s podcast, Stark Integrity, to tackle the two-part episode series, “Cybersecurity and the False Claims Act (FCA), Two Great Tastes that Taste Great Together: A Discussion with Bart Daniel, Partner, Nelson Mullins.”

In episode one, the pair set the stage and explore the origins of the False Claims Act, uncover intriguing statistics about whistleblowers, and examine how the June 2025 Trump executive order has shaped cybersecurity.
