Shanahan, an experienced litigator who has tried more than 100 cases, handles complex, high-stakes cases. His practice includes banking matters, business disputes, employment, and construction matters, as well as class action, administrative, and federal white-collar defense matters. He also handles corporate compliance, professional licensing, and internal investigations for professionals and corporations under regulatory scrutiny.
“Kieran and his group are enhancing all our practices with their skill sets and established reputations,” said Raleigh Office Managing Partner Bob Wilson. “The transition has been smooth, and we are continuing to introduce the group to our clients and colleagues.”
Shanahan added: “This has been a hectic but exciting time. Our team has been welcomed with open arms by Nelson Mullins, and I am confident that our clients will be well served in this new home.”
