ATLANTA – Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP Atlanta Senior Associate Jake Carroll co-authored the 2022 edition of the Georgia Construction Law Handbook.
The Handbook offers guidance to common construction law issues, such as regulatory and licensing matters and collecting payment using the mechanic’s lien law or the public works bond laws.
Carroll focuses his practice in the construction, manufacturing, and real estate industries, representing clients in complex business disputes, contract negotiations, and related corporate matters. Carroll currently serves as the Chairman of the Construction Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
