Global Hospitality Attorney Michelle Tanzer Joins Nelson Mullins in Boca Raton

BOCA RATON – Nelson Mullins Broad and Cassel announced today that Michelle F. Tanzer has joined the firm as a partner in Boca Raton. She will chair the firm’s Global Club and Branded Residences group and co-chair the Hospitality, Tourism & Leisure team. Tanzer was formerly a shareholder at Gray Robinson, where she chaired the Residential, Resort & Club Section in the Boca Raton office.

Tanzer represents developers, hotel operators, clubs, and community associations with projects in the U.S. as well as the Caribbean, The Bahamas, Latin America, and Asia. Her primary focus is negotiating, structuring, and amending governance documents as well as the consumer, licensing, marketing, and management agreements necessary for residential and resort communities, mixed-use projects, and golf, marina, spa, fitness, tennis, and dining clubs.

Tanzer is a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator, a certified circuit civil mediator, and one of four professionals selected by the American Arbitration Association for the National Golf Industry Panel.
