Mark R. Nash is an associate at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough’s Atlanta office where he practices in the area of general litigation. A former Nelson Mullins summer associate, he has worked at another law firm in the Carolinas, where he gained experience in bankruptcy, business litigation, and product liability.

Mr. Nash earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, in 2010 from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was the Associate Editor in Chief of the South Carolina Law Review. Mr. Nash was also the National Team Manager for the Moot Court Bar. While in law school, he was named to the Order of the Coif and the Order of the Wig and Robe. Mr. Nash also received CALI Awards in Contracts I, Torts I, Legal Writing II, Constitutional Law I, Property II, Business Corporations, Federal Practice, Criminal Procedure, and Product Liability.

In 2007, Mr. Nash earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Erskine College.
