Our attorneys also represent schools in legal matters surrounding compliance, governance, athletics, labor and employment, litigation, special education, and student matters, including First Amendment and disciplinary hearings. Our education law services also include serving as outside general counsel to colleges, school boards, superintendents, and administrators. Our policy team has insight and experience in creating systems designed to close the achievement gap and improve support for all students.
