Tammy also assists in developing and executing compliance programs, privacy policies, data processing agreements, and understanding and implementing security protocols, including those required for data transfers from the European Union.

Tammy has experience interacting with regulators, attorneys general, and federal and state law enforcement agencies and has managed all aspects of security incidents including internal investigations, public relations, data forensics, and breach notifications. 

In addition to her compliance and enforcement work, Tammy has defended clients in class actions and privacy lawsuits, including claimed violations of TCPA, CCPA, and ADA website accessibility. Her litigation experience helps her identify and circumvent potential privacy landmines to avoid the time and expense of disputes or business interruption.
