Experience

Commercial Litigation and Business Torts

  • Represented individuals and companies in a wide variety of complex business disputes from case inception through trial, including managing the collection and production of e-discovery and disputes arising from the same.

Labor & Employment

  • Represented management in employment lawsuits including race, sex, age, disability, harassment, retaliation, and other discrimination claims; enforcement of non-compete, non-solicitation, trade secret, and confidentiality covenants; and other matters.
  • Counseled clients on responding to Charges of Discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and other administrative proceedings.
  • Represented multi-national retailer in an anti-discrimination lawsuit arising out of 42 U.S.C. § 1981.
  • Represented clients in multi-plaintiff and class action lawsuits arising from sex and disability discrimination claims.
  • Represented a public university on an internal investigation involving highly sensitive allegations of race discrimination.

Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Product Liability Litigation

  • Represented pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers against allegations of product defect and related claims.
